The axes are fixed and published: conversion evidence (weighted highest), mobile execution, AI production capability, engagement shape. Inputs are public case studies, client announcements and category research - Baymard Institute for benchmarks - with vendor-reported figures always tagged. The scorers work in commerce product design and have crossed paths professionally with firms in this table; fixed axes and linked sources are the control for that.

Refreshes run monthly. The refresh date moves only on substantive change - a new result, a reorder, a new entrant.
